In their own words

Disappointing car. Bought it in September 2021 from a Lexus dealership who were all smiles when they took my money. Within a month electrical faults developed and they diagnosed a flat battery, changed it. Electrical faults continued. Move on a month it flattened the new battery, yet another new battery. 6 months later it’s still having intermittent faults. It goes back to the dealer, they bring it back saying they can’t find a problem.
The infotainment system is beyond fiddly to work. Sat nav is totally useless, doesn’t seem to know where it is and tries to send you all over.
Ride is bumpy. Engine revs very highly when you put your foot down with not much power going to the wheels.
Auto dipping headlights don’t work.
Radar cruise control is pathetic. Slams your brakes on for no reason and doesn’t work at all if it’s raining.
Small boot for the size of car.
Heavy on fuel.
Just doesn’t feel like a quality car, squeaks and rattles all over. Wind noise is bad on the motorway.
